Lia is absolutley AMAZING! She is a great negotiator who was able to get our offer accepted because of a great strategy but also because she is a "bulldog". We contacted Lia around 8pm at night the day that we first viewed this "dream" home and she met me the next day early in the morning and had an offer written and submitted within 2 hours! Her negotiation skills resulted in our offer being accepted vs a cash offer! Like I said earlier, Lia is AMAZING!

We also took advantage of Lia's great skills and she listed our current home as well.
